Autumn special event CFO X !! 2020 – CFO Transformation

The threat of the new coronavirus has greatly changed people's consumption behavior and working styles around the world.
Against the backdrop of the shift in corporate awareness from corporations to society through restrictions on behavior and telework, social movements, such as SDGs, which had been widely regarded as an anti-capitalism antithesis against excessive financial capitalism, have the potential to spread at Post Corona as a transformation of capitalism itself.

CFO X!! held on September 8 was scheduled to be held as a special event commemorating the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Japan CFOs Association. However, the JACFO was infected with a new coronavirus.
We have decided to hold this event as a special event for the fall, CFO X!!, due to the impact of the spread of the disease. Commemorating the 20th anniversary, including CFO X!!.
We plan to expand our activities, but we will postpone the 20th anniversary events and social gatherings to FY2021.

※ Changes in and Discontinuation of conference

● The organizer may change the event or venue, change the method of implementation, or discontinue the event due to natural disasters, outbreaks of infectious diseases, or other reasons not attributable to the organizer's responsibility.

● The organizer may change the event or venue, change the method of implementation, or discontinue the event if it is judged that it is difficult to achieve the purpose or purpose of the forum based on the size of the event, the content of the session, and the number of visitors.

● The organizer shall promptly inform sponsors of the reasons for the necessity to change the session or venue or change the implementation method for the reasons stated above, and the sponsorship contract shall not be changed, including the sponsorship fee, unless the sponsor's privilege is substantially restricted, such as a substantial change in the lecture program or a substantial change in the number of sponsors.

● In the event the organizer cancels this sponsorship Agreement and refunds the full amount of the Support Money. Provided, however, that the organizer shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the Sponsor or any other person as a result thereof.

Cancellation of sponsorship from sponsors

● Cancellation of the application from sponsors shall not be permitted unless approved by the Organizer.

● In the event the Organizer cancels the sponsorship or agrees to cancel the agreement set forth in the preceding paragraph, the sponsor shall pay the following cancellation fee:
The "Cancellation date" shall be distinguished as of the time when the manifestation of intention to rescind the sponsorship reaches the sponsor in writing or by electromagnetic record.
